Your Personal Expat Adviser in New Zealand

Kia Ora!  Welcome home to New Zealand.

Whatever your reason for coming to New Zealand, I can help you smooth your path.

You probably already know that we are famous for our laid-back culture, friendly people, and the world's most incredible scenery. But really living the Kiwi lifestyle goes far deeper. It means respecting the land, our history and our unique culture, which is a blend of many influences.

We have world class thriving industries, tons of innovation, and a can do attitude based on living well, in a balanced way. New Zealanders pride ourselves on being down to earth, open and welcoming. Learn a few words of te Reo Māori and you'll be on your way. I'm happy to share all of this with you.

I founded Niche Advice after 20 years as a broker and banker in the USA and New Zealand. We do different! I enjoy sharing my expertise with others seeking our way of life.

I promise to inform and connect you with the right people and information you need to make a more confident and successful move. When you're ready to buy a home, explore work, see our sights or understand our quirks - I'm your gal. You'll find me professional, resourceful and tenacious. Confidentiality is a given.

When I returned to New Zealand for good eight years ago, I had been around the world and moved countries four times, so I understand the challenges and the joys of change. Our slower pace and connection with the tides and seasons seeps into your being - if you let it. Let it!

My premise is simple: I promise to listen deeply and go to bat for you to help you get your New Zealand life. Your way, in your own time.

Haere rā, e noho rā! (farewell, stay well)
